The fastest way to reach us is email:
That address reaches the Wild Card Desk directly. It is the only contact channel for this site — we do not run social accounts, forms or messaging apps, so anything claiming to be us elsewhere is not us.
What we can help with
| You want to | What to include |
|---|---|
| Report a factual error | The page address, the sentence or table row, and a source we can check |
| Ask where a fact came from | The page address and the specific claim |
| Suggest a page or a missing wild card topic | A sentence on what you were looking for and could not find |
| Ask about reusing a table | Which page, and where you intend to use it |
Corrections get priority. The process is described on the editorial policy page: we fix the text, update the review date and note significant factual changes at the foot of the page.
What we cannot help with
- Tickets, seating and refunds. We do not sell tickets and have no connection to any team, venue or resale platform.
- Subscriptions and streaming problems. Contact the broadcaster that carries the game.
- Betting, odds and picks. We do not publish them and cannot advise on them.
- Press credentials, team news or player enquiries. We are an independent reference site, not a club or a league office.
Response times
We aim to reply within five working days. Replies are slower during the playoff rounds themselves, in late September and October for MLB and in January for the NFL, because that is when pages are being updated most often.
Who you are writing to
Email goes to the site’s editor, Dana Whitfield, who is responsible for everything published here. More about how the desk works is on the editorial team page, and more about the site’s scope is on the about page.
